Expedition Medics

In our opinion, Expedition Medics are not just there to provide aid in the case of illness & injury. Although all of our medics are well qualified and experienced in their fields they also appreciate the fact that they are a focal point for the general welfare of the group members. The medic will play a full part in your expedition as well as the medical role. They also fill the position of the team councillor and "mother"; being someone to turn to for a quiet chat or another point of contact should the group member feel they cannot approach the expedition leader.

Combined with they're experience and skills which include nursing, paramedical, pharmaceutical, doctorial and dental abilities, a CS Medical Services UK Expedition Medic is a true asset to any trip large or small.

Our teams are available at short notice all year round and on an international basis. We can adjust the skill levels of our teams to meet your requirements. Our teams carry a wide selection of equipment that will meet the needs of the environment they are working in and the carrying capability of the expedition. In general this will include oxygen therapy, analgesia, monitoring and defibrillation equipment as well as general medical & dental supplies with appropriate drugs/medications. 

We can provide a range of cover from a single Medic to a general medical team or patrol with specialist 4X4 ambulance support vehicles, field hospitals & treatment areas. All our Medics have full UK 24 hour support meaning you will never be out of touch with UK based health care professionals.  

We are able and equipped to work in a wide range of remote and hostile environments. We have had active deployment throughout Europe, Mongolia, Middle East, Africa and Siberia providing varying levels of care.

Our team members are all very well qualified and undertake strict staff training, we follow JRCALC & ITC guidelines for best clinical practice. Details of our team members and copies of our insurances' are available if required and we are happy to provide this prior to any contract commencing.
