Emergency Action
This course covers essential lifesaving techniques, especially dealing with casualties safely, systematically and sympathetically in the first few minutes of the incident. Typically leisure centre instructors, Tour Representatives, Children's Club Coordinators, Pool Lifeguards, sports coaches, Equestrian Instructors or team managers working with all ages of people in all activities take this award as a minimum standard of duty of care. It is also very popular with Trainee and assistant instructors starting out on their career in sports, leisure & travel.

Builds upon the Emergency Action content and then focuses upon incident management away from the workplace and is the course for the off site, split site and visits coordinator.
